Milnes: When you lose that many wickets early on its hard to recover

Matt Milnes took 4-52 and hit 32 from 29 balls, at Rugby School on Tuesday, but couldn't prevent Kent from being dragged out of the Metro Bank Cup by Warwickshire.
The seamer's release by the Trent Rockets was only confirmed late on Monday night, but he took two wickets in his first spell and helped limit Warwickshire to what looked like a gettable total until Kent started to bat.
“At halfway we were very much in the game but I think we knew that the new ball was going to do a little bit," he said. "If we could get through that first six or seven overs we could have built a nice platform but Ethan Bamber bowled very well. He put the ball in a good area and the ball did just enough, although I think we are disappointed with the way we counteracted that."
