Bangladesh seamer Hasan Mahmud will be back in the Kent squad for Wednesday's four-day game with Worcestershire at the St Lawrence, and a second overseas player could feature, although the club are waiting on a visa.
It won't be Shoriful Islam, who was linked with Kent earlier this month but was denied a No Objection Certificate. Shoriful took seven wickets in the second test with Australia at Mackay, but missed the series opener due to a hamstring injury. Concerns over his workload prompted the BCB to deny him an NOC, with the county due to play four games in 25 days.
A report from Bangladesh however suggests that Khaled Ahmed, a 33-year-old fast medium bowler who's made 17 test appearances, will appear instead.
