Spare a thought for the stewards on a day like this. They’re supposed to be polite, which is entirely how it should be, but every now and again they’ll get a “talker” on the gate, someone who values a 30-second conversation, while oblivious to the knock-on effect this is having on the masses trying to get through the ground’s solitary gate.
