Hampshire Hawks 190-3 Kent Spitfires 171
Kent's Vitality Blast hopes were hanging by a thread after they fell to a 19-run defeat away to group leaders Hampshire on Sunday.
An injury to Joe Denly effectively reduced Kent to ten men and that proved crucial as the tail enders were left with too much to do in the death overs. Denly "did a Chris Woakes" by coming out as the last man, in the final over, but he was cleaned up by Sonny Baker and Kent will now have to win both their remaining games to stand any chance of reaching the knocking stages.
